No! Depending on your location there are order minimums ranging from $60-$150.

how is the fish packaged?

Portions of fresh fish come vaccum sealed for easy freezing.

has the fish ever been frozen?

Oysterblood’s mission is to provide top quality, fresh products. Unless stated EVERYTHING is fresh not thawed out!

is the salmon sushi grade?

Yes!

How long can I keep the fish in the vaccum-sealed bag?

You can keep the fish covered in the fridge for a couple of days but it is recommended to break the seal of the vaccumed sealed bag. If ordering extra to freeze, put those portions in the freezer (without breaking seal) ASAP.

what is the delivery delay?

Most orders can be delivered the following day. But, depending on product arrivals some deliveries may be delayed. In all cases a confirmation will be sent with a delivery date.
